Deliveries

UK Delivery

All of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail first class standard shipping or Royal Mail Tracked 48h.

Our aim is to dispatch your order between 2-7 working days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. (Royal mail is often experiencing major delays)

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

Europe (outside the UK)

We deliver to all countries within the EU. Our aim is to deliver your order between 7-21 working days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 30 working days. (Royal mail is often experiencing major delays)

For all orders under under 500 grams shipping is a flat rate of £6.90

For all orders over 500 grams shipping is a flat rate of £9

USA and Canada

We deliver to both USA and Canada. Our aim is to deliver your order between 10-21 working days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to working 30 days. (Royal mail is experiencing major delays)

For all orders under 500 grams shipping is a flat rate of £8.90

For all order over 500 grams shipping is a flat rate of £15.50

Please allow 24-72 hours Monday- Friday to receive a response.

Pre-orders

If you have placed a pre-order for one of our products your complete order will be dispatched on the date written next to the product's description. Please allow at least 2-5 working days after the dispatch date for your order to be dispatched as we often have high pre-order volumes to fulfil.

Can I return or exchange my items?

No, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Defects, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery

We apologise in advance for any possible issues you have encountered with your purchase. If there is something wrong with your order please email us at info@afroanishop.com with your order details, description of the issue and attach a photography of your item.
